Crystallized Intelligence was created by Aisling to meet the needs of small businesses and humanity in the advent of AI. After working in small, family-owned businesses, tech startups, old-school telecommunications, and even doing corporate training for professionals at companies like Google and Alcatel-Lucent, she developed a passion for ways to improve work and help teams do more through technology.
With a background in business management and coding, she started building traditional operational automations before GenAI was accessible to the general public, then began experimenting with GenAI in the first month of ChatGPT's release in 2022. She is also professionally certified by IBM in RAG and Agentic AI. Aisling sees the infinite possibilities this technology presents for flipping the balance of our dominant economic forces from monopolistic firms back to a more diversified, local, and resilient business community, starting in Luxembourg.
