AI orchestration for small teams
We design systems where multiple AI agents, tools, and data sources work together — tailored for organizations with small teams and focused data. Less data means more detailed scoping from day one.
We design systems where multiple AI agents, tools, and data sources work together — tailored for organizations with small teams and focused data. Less data means more detailed scoping from day one.
We use the best AI models available. What's sovereign is everything around them: EU-hosted infrastructure, open-source tools, and data that stays under your control. Especially critical for NGOs and organizations handling sensitive information.
We're not a vendor who delivers and disappears. From discovery call to ongoing support, Aisling works alongside you as a partner. No problem is too big or too small.
CEO (Chief Everything Officer) and Founder
"I'm not here to help one large enterprise save €100 million… I'm here to help 100 small businesses make their first million."
Crystallized Intelligence was created by Aisling to meet the needs of small businesses and humanity in the advent of AI. After working in small, family-owned businesses, tech startups, old-school telecommunications, and even doing corporate training for professionals at companies like Google and Alcatel-Lucent, she developed a passion for ways to improve work and help teams do more through technology.
With a background in business management and coding, she started building traditional operational automations before GenAI was accessible to the general public, then began experimenting with GenAI in the first month of ChatGPT's release in 2022. She is also professionally certified by IBM in RAG and Agentic AI. Aisling sees the infinite possibilities this technology presents for flipping the balance of our dominant economic forces from monopolistic firms back to a more diversified, local, and resilient business community, starting with AI in Luxembourg.
Today, Aisling specializes in AI orchestration — coordinating multiple AI agents, tools, and data sources into coherent systems for small organizations. She works with SMEs, solopreneurs, and increasingly with NGOs and human rights organizations who need sovereign, secure AI solutions that protect their mission and their data.
Connect on LinkedInOur commitment
Every project we deliver is built, at least in part, on software created by developers who weren't paid for it. Frameworks, libraries, runtimes, tooling — the stack beneath every client engagement is a patchwork of volunteer labour, maintained out of passion and habit, rarely out of financial security.
We think that's worth acknowledging with more than a README attribution. So we've made it a standing policy: for every paid client project, we make a one-time donation to the open source project we judged most central or most underfunded within that engagement's stack.
We don't publish a fixed amount — the contribution is sized to the project and chosen thoughtfully rather than symbolically. What we do commit to is the decision itself: it is not optional, it is not deferred, and it happens with every invoice.
We select recipients based on a combination of how foundational the project is to the work delivered, how sparse its existing corporate sponsorship is, and the size of the team maintaining it. Donations go directly to maintainers where possible, via Open Collective, GitHub Sponsors, or a project's own donation channel.
This policy is inspired in part by the Open Source Pledge, a broader industry initiative to normalise companies paying the maintainers whose work they profit from.
