2. News Gathering & Curation
Using a list of predetermined sources (including your own site's blog or other sources) the workflow gathers a list of relevant articles using a list of keywords to both catch and filter stories. Then, an AI Agent takes over curation, making sure only the most relevant content makes it through to the end, and adds context to each story.
3. Content Creation
A second agent takes over to style and present the content in a way that follows your brand guidelines, within your email automation system.
4. Triggering the email to send
This workflow uses a simple automation workaround in HubSpot Starter to trigger scheduled emails, making it easy for SMEs to automate newsletters without premium CRM tools. The approach is flexible and can be adapted to other platforms as needed.
